Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months with a positive balance may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee of Rp 100,000 until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which posh4d is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through our internal complaints procedure by contacting customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 30 days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal procedures, you may escalate the matter to independent mediation or arbitration as provided by applicable gaming regulations.
You agree to waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against posh4d. Any disputes must be resolved on an individual basis. This class action waiver does not apply where prohibited by law.
